The ratio of insomnia or sleepless nights is massively increasing throughout.



It is basically a disorder due to which people cannot sleep or a less sleep. Which does not let them well rested or stay awake throughout the night. There are several reasons for this type of conditions.


There are several reasons why people suffer from insomnia. Most cases of insomnia are related to poor sleeping habits, depression, anxiety, lack of exercise, chronic illness, certain medications or hormonal imbalance.
