In simple words when a person has a fear related to their future. It is not as simple as it looks obviously it is a natural part of the human condition but in the trap of thoughts, feelings, and physical touch person is not able to get out of and keep themselves engaged which creates a suicidal tendency in them as well with every passing year anxiety disorder case are increasing massively all around the world

In terms of medical science, there is no permanent cure for anxiety disorder. Medication only gives temporary relief but not permanent treatment.



There are several types of Anxiety disorders and some of them are very common.

  • SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDER – In this situation, a person fears being judged and embarrassed by others. However, they avoid social interaction and even start blushing, trembling and sweating during interactions and overanalysing their past social interactions.
  • SEPARATION ANXIETY DISORDER – This Anxiety disorder is generally found in children who become excessively anxious when separated from their parents. Children with the disorder can’t think about anything but the present fear of separation. They may have nightmares or regular physical complaints. They may be reluctant to go to school or other places.
  • PANIC DISORDERS – In this situation, people may have sudden and repeated panic attacks of overwhelming anxiety and fear. A feeling of being out of control or a fear of death or impending doom during a panic attack. An intense worry about when the next panic attack will happen.

Do I Have Anxiety?

Well, anxiety is a natural part of the human condition that every human faces but whether is it going to extreme or uncontrollable situations or disturbing day-to-day life may indicate the person is suffering from an anxiety disorder. Signs and Symptoms of a Disorder 

Signs and symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder include:

  • Extreme fear or worry
  • Feeling nervous, irritable, or on edge
  • Having a sense of impending danger, panic, or doom
  • Increased heart rate
  • Rapid breathing (hyperventilation), sweating, and/or trembling
  • Feeling weak or tired
  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Gastrointestinal problems


There are several reasons anxiety can be caused. They may be influenced by various stressful events, genetics, brain chemistry, personality, and some physical health conditions and negative life events coming frequently.

  • PRANAYAMA – Pranayama is the best technique to open all the blocked nerves and provide the necessary oxygen throughout the body. Well, every disease or disorder occurs due to a lack of oxygen in the body and pranayama fulfils it. some of the pranayama techniques are kapalbhati, Bastrika, Nadishodhan
  • FOODING HABITS – One of the main reasons every individual suffers from not only anxiety but different kinds of diseases by changing food habits person can see drastic changes in the body within a few days. Avoid spicy foods, packed items and non-veg will definitely give good results.
