Chronic disease, is relentless and deep, Through every moment, their echoes seep.

Days painted in hues of struggle and might, Yet within, a spirit, a relentless light.

Each sunrise met with a steadfast gaze, In the face of trials, courage ablaze, For in these battles, though unseen by all, Resides a resilience, standing tall. Chronic disease is a health-related problem that is persistent or lasts for a long time or the effects of the disease come with time. If a disease lasts for more than 3 months then it becomes chronic. Several chronic diseases are common in people such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, cancer, asthma, arthritis, Alzheimer’s, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Ulcerative Colitis, Inflammatory Bowel Diseases and thyroid.

More than 50% of the population world’s population is suffering from a chronic illness where 150 million are only in the U.S. and 41% of the total population of India Living with a chronic illness. It requires the patience of a saint, the resilience of a warrior, and the persistence of a champion to hold and control it.

DO I HAVE CHRONIC DISEASE

One of the main symptoms of chronic is the time. If the problem or disease sustains for more than 3 months then this is an alert. Never carry your problem with negligence to a longer frame. Try to treat the problem as soon as possible whether it is serious or not because negligence makes the problems worse.

The lifestyle we are into is the main reason to have chronic illness in the people. Including food habits, lack of exercise, and lack of physical work to get rid of being a doctor’s clinic’s paid pride and permanent tablets which may treat and give temporary relief but cannot cure.
